Every Fine.meh item is made especially for you once you place an order. This means production starts shortly after your purchase, helping us reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

## Processing Time

Orders are typically produced within **2–5 business days** before they're shipped.

During holidays or periods of high demand, production may take a little longer.

## Estimated Delivery Times

United States: **3–7 business days**

Canada: **5–10 business days**

Europe: **5–10 business days**

Australia & New Zealand: **5–15 business days**

Rest of the world: **7–20 business days**

## Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the products in your order.

## Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the production facility.

## Delays

Sometimes carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control may delay delivery.

We'll always do our best to help, but we can't guarantee delivery dates once your package is in the carrier's hands.

## Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

## Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at **support@finemeh.com** within **7 days** of the expected delivery date.

We'll work with our production partner to investigate the issue and make it right whenever possible.

## Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
